One of the toughest programs, but most enjoyable programs that we teach is our Karate for Toddlers classes. This program targets kids between the age of 2 to 4 years.
It’s hard work. But we love it. Watching the kids develop self confident and socialisation skills as well as basic safety and self defence skills is really rewarding.
