Our corporate self defence team building workshops are individually tailored to meet the needs of your organisation and team members.
Our workshops are delivered by Sensei Mark who has been training martial arts since 1987. He has been awarded masters ranks in three seperate arts, and travels internationally, teaching and be being taught. He travels internationally, teaching and be being taught.
Sensei Mark was a member of the NSW Police Force for 23 and retired as a Detective Superintendent – Local Area Commander.
His real-world experience, decades of martial arts training and three Masters degrees in Business Law, Public Policy and Administration and Master of Commerce -HRM and IR all combine to provide you with a qualified and very informative workshop.

What ages can participate in corporate self-defence team-building events?

Our corporate self defence team-building events accept anyone over the age of 12 years. These events are flexible and can be designed to suit whatever age group you wish to target.

Is there any minimum numbers of participants for corporate self-defence team-building events?

For our corporate self-defence team building events, a minimum number of 12 participants is required.

How much do corporate self-defence team-building events cost?

Our corporate self-defence team-building events are an efficient and cost effective way of bringing your team together. Our packages start at $50 per head.

What we will learn from Corporate Self Defence Team Building Events?

As well as learning a stack of cool self defence tricks, participants will learn the power of self belief and a never say die attitude. Participants are put through a variety of drills such as grab escapes, taught mental preparedness, environmental awareness, de-escalation, the use of improvised weapons. Timber board breaking and how to escape if you are tied up are also used to demonstrate the power of one’s mind. Mind set and self-belief, is the message we reinforce through our training.
