Location: Bujutsu Martial Arts and Fitness Centre – Smeaton Grange H.Q.

Dress: Casual clothes (no martial arts uniforms)

Every student who attends will receive a trophy.

The presentation day will be held at our dojo.

We normally have Rotary turn up and sell sausage sandwiches and cans of drink. We also normally have Hyper Foods turn up and sell popcorn, fairy floss and snow cones.

If your surname commences with an A to F,  you will need to be at the dojo between 10 am and 10.45 am.

At 10am we will start to award trophies for these members.

If your surname commences with an G to L, you will need to be at the dojo between 10.45am and 11.30am.

At 10.45am we will start to award trophies for these members.

If your surname commences with an M to R,  you will need to be at the dojo between 11.30am and 12.15 pm.

At 11.30am we will start to award trophies for these members.

If your surname commences with an S to Z,  you will need to be at the dojo between 12.15 pm and 1.00 pm.

At 12.15 pm we will start to award trophies for these members.

Every student who attends will receive a trophy.

Additionally, 17 major awards will be presented.

R.S.V.P: Close of Business – Wednesday the 25th of November 2026

If you miss the R.S.V.P, date you miss the event, as we cannot obtain additional trophies at short notice.

Please note our Terms and Conditions:

1. No refunds.

2. If you can’t be there on the day, we do understand. We hope that you will also understand that we do not award trophies unless you attend the Presentation Day. Please do not ask us to make an exception for you.

3. If you don’t turn up on the day, we will not award you a trophy.

Cost per member:

Early Bird = $30 for all payments made prior to the 1st November 2026

Late Bird = $40 for all payments made between 1st November 2026 and the 25th November 2026

Family members are free.
