The blog offers some real life insight into why some women train self defence and why I advocate more women should do it.
I am extremely proud that Bujutsu is Macarthur’s largest and most successful dojo. I am equally proud that about 45% of our members are female. When I started training karate in 1987 only about 5% max of a class would be female.
