Mark Szalajko Promoted to Godan (5th Degree Black Belt) in the Japan Karate Association

On Saturday, the 21st of October 2023, Sensei Mark Szalajko was promoted to Godan (5th Degree Black Belt) in the Japan Karate Association.

He first commenced training with the Japan Karate Association in 1987, back in his high school hall.

This grading represented a lifetime of commitment to karate.
