Heisoku Dachi
Heisoku Dachi is a stance used by the Japan Karate Association and is a very common stance in the Shotokan World.
Heisoku Dachi also known as informal attention stance and sometimes referred to as closed foot stance.
It can be found in many kata where the feet are placed together.
Not much needs to be said about this stance.
It is a 50/50 weight distribution stance.
Heels and toes are together.
