If you’re wondering how to empower a girl to love herself and stand up for herself, you’d be hard pressed to find a better option than a martial arts class at Bujutsu.
From her first time on the mat, a young student is taught that she is a valuable person and worthy of respect.
We are extremely proud to announce that 43% of our membership are female. As well as running mixed martial arts classes we also run a Ladies Only Kick Boxing and Self Defence program.
