Ladies Only Self Defence Seminar 2020

Our Annual Ladies Only Self Defence Seminar was held on Saturday the 22nd of August 2002 at our Smeaton Grange Dojo.

Ladies from all over Sydney and the Macarthur Region attended the seminar.

The seminar provided some really good information on simple self defence techniques and personal safety in general.

Many of the ladies were surprised to learn how simple some self defence techniques can be.

We are looking at running future seminars in Picton and Wetherill Park.
