Bujutsu Weekly Self Defence Tip – Bear Hug Escape
This week I demonstrate how to escape from a bear hug (grab around the waist from behind). This is a relatively simple technique that allows a smaller person to escape from the hold of a much larger and stronger person.
Remember, it is just as important to train jiu jitsu for self defence as it is to learn how to punch and kick. Punching and kicking is the easy part of self defence.
